Can I order for a team?

We are currently not accepting team orders.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Ready‑made uniforms ship the same day when ordered before 2 PM CST. Specialty and personalized items ship within about 2 weeks, with a maximum turnaround of 3–4 weeks during times of increased demand.

Can I get my order sooner? 

Yes. Rush orders are available for an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate quote based on the item and how quickly you need it.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

Due to the custom nature of our items, returns, refunds or exchanges are not available. 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we do! Please contact us before placing your order for the shipping cost.

I'd like to submit photos of my child in one of your products. Where can I send them?

We love seeing photos of our customers wearing Paper Kangaroo!  Contact us for more information.  All photos submitted become property of Paper Kangaroo and may be used in advertising and/or on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc...).  Photos may also be used on PaperKangaroo.com as a product photos.

I’m local and want to place an order. Can I pick it up?

You sure can! Enter code LOCAL at checkout to waive the shipping fee. Once your order is ready we will contact you with the pickup information.
